South Portland police

April 13
John Russell Norman, 19, of South Portland,
was issued a summons on Lighthouse Circle at
12:54 a.m. for possession of marijuana.
Nicholas C. Tarr, 20, of South Portland, was
issued a summons on Lighthouse Circle at 12:54
a.m. for possession of marijuana and sale and use
of drug paraphernalia.
Erin E. Rairdon, 24, of Gorham, was arrested on
Broadway at 1:50 a.m. on the charge of operating
under the influence.
Jamie A. Irish, 34, a transient, was arrested on










John Roberts Road at 2:48 a.m. on a warrant and
on the charge of violating conditions of release.
Tina Louise Anderson, 47, a transient, was
taken into custody on Broadway at 4:35 p.m. on
a warrant.
Joyce L. Riley, 66, of Falmouth, was issued a
summons on Philbrook Avenue at 4:39 p.m. for
theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.






April 14
Daniel Orcutt, 31, of South Portland, was
arrested on Broadway at 3:05 a.m. on the charge

of violating bail conditions.
John J.Wedge, 21, of Windham, was arrested on
a warrant on West Wainwright Circle at 5:30 a.m.
and charged with carrying a concealed weapon,
violating conditions of release, failure to give
correct name and date of birth, operating after
suspension and unlawful use of identification.
Stephen Yerxa, 45, of Portland, was arrested on
Highland Avenue at 12:20 p.m. on the charge of
criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
Ryan Bouffard, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested
on Western Avenue at 12:20 p.m. on charges of
leaving the scene of an accident and operating
after suspension.
Samantha Gurney, 29, of Westbrook, was













arrested on Maine Mall Road at 2:46 p.m. on
charges of theft by unauthorized taking or
transfer and violating condition of release.
Denise Ramsey, 44, of Westbrook, was issued a
summons on Broadway at 7:44 p.m. for operating
a vehicle without a license.
David Sargent, 51, of South Portland, was
arrested on Hillside Avenue at 11:20 p.m. on
charges of assault and domestic violence assault.







April 15
Corey E. Penney, 21, of Portland, was taken
into custody on Maine Mall Road at 2:58 a.m. on
a warrant.
Joseph Matthews, 43, of South Portland, was
taken into custody on Exton Avenue at 12:17 p.m.
on a warrant.
John Bettencourt, 23, of South Portland, was






issued a summons on Gorham Road at 4 p.m. for
operating after suspension.
Corey Michael William Swiger, 21, a transient,
was taken into custody on Westbrook Street at
7:57 p.m. on a warrant.
April 16
Christopher P. Lawson, 23, of Limerick, was





issued a summons on Wermuth Road at 4 a.m. for
violation of conditional release.
Michael Kimball, 20, of South Portland, was
issued a summons on Waterman Drive at 12:07
p.m. for assault.



Tyler Guy Esposito, 20, a transient, was arrested on Maine Mall
Road at 4:06 p.m. on the charge of theft by unauthorized taking

or transfer.
Brice D. Roy, 24, of South Portland, was taken into custody on
Main Street at 5:43 p.m. on a warrant.

April 17

Meghan L. McMahon, 22, of Westbrook, was arrested on Main
Street at 1:24 a.m. on the charge of operating under the influence.

Nathan Yunker, 29, of South Portland, was
arrested on Broadway at 2:13 p.m. on the charge
of domestic violence assault.
Darren Lee Durand, 38, of South Portland, was
arrested on Ballard Street at 3:09 p.m. on charges
of burglary and possession burglary tools.
Jeremiah Schirrmacher, 28, of Topsham,
was arrested on Philbrook Avenue at 8:51 p.m.
on charges of theft by unauthorized taking
or transfer, refusing to submit to arrest and
possession or transfer of theft devices.
Jane E. Roberge, 22, of Scarborough, was
arrested on Froswick Avenue at 11:57 p.m. on
charges of aggravated assault, criminal mischief,
domestic violence assault and assault.













April 18
Eric Michael Schultz, 50, of South Portland, was
arrested on Pine Street at 2:14 a.m. on charges of
violating conditions of release and violation of a
protective order.
Dawn Misner, 45, of South Portland, was taken
into custody on Main Street at 6:46 p.m. on a
warrant.
Nicholas Larrivee, 18, of Buxton, was issued
a summons on Maine Mall Road at 7:09 p.m. for
theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.









April 19
Mary L. Connolly, 34, of South Portland, was
arrested on Ocean Street at 12:41 a.m. on the
charge of operating after suspension.
Jared Card, 32, of South Portland, was arrested
on Preble Street at 2:35 a.m. on the charge of
operating under the influence.





Christopher B. Skelley, 34, of Nashua, N.H., was
arrested on Rollins Way at 4:40 a.m. on charges of
domestic violence assault and refusing to submit
to arrest.
Nicole Jackson, 19, of Portland, was arrested
on Maine Mall Road at 2:14 p.m. on the charge of
receiving stolen property.
Lacy Bradford, 40, of Gorham, was arrested
on Ocean Street at 5:48 p.m. on charges of
operating under the influence and operating
after suspension.

April 18
Ricky S. Higgins, 43, of Cape Elizabeth, was
arrested on Hemlock Hill Road at 5:21 p.m. on
two warrants.
Christopher Bowden, 33, of Portland, was
issued a citation for $133 on Lawson Road at 10:48
a.m. for driving an uninspected motor vehicle.





April 19
Jennifer Mains, 42, of Raymond, was issued a

citation for $133 on Shore Road at 12:10 p.m. for
driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
Patricia Puleo, 49, Portland, was issued a
citation for $133 on Shore Road at 12:30 p.m. for
driving an uninspected motor vehicle.



April 20
Christina McGuinness, 22, of Yarmouth, was
arrested on Route 77 at 3:01 a.m. on the charge of
operating under the influence. During the same
motor vehicle stop, McGuinness was issued a
citation for $171 for failure to produce insurance
and a summons for possession of marijuana.





April 21
Jessica Johnson, 22, of South Portland, was
issued a citation of $133 on Shore Road at 9:46
a.m. for driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
Jason Fecteau, 33, of Gorham, was issued a
citation of $133 on Shore Road at 10:14 a.m. for
driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
Nicholas Breed, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was
issued a summons on Ocean House Road for
leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report
an accident and driving to endanger.
