Hannaford grand reopening, 7 a.m. through entire day, 50 Cottage Road, South Portland. Celebration includes food sampling, raffles and gift cards given randomly to the first 300 customers.

Pancake breakfast, 7:30 to 11 a.m., Bowery Beach School House, Two Lights Road, Cape Elizabeth. Sponsored by Cape Lions. Menu includes pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea and juice.
