June 29

Alan L. Erikson, 38, of South Portland, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on Broadway for operating under the influence.

June 30

Danny Fournier, 49, of South Portland, was summonsed at 7:15 p.m. on Ocean Street for assault.

July 1

Patrick Dobson, 23, of Porter, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Cottage Road on a warrant.

July 2

Andrew Sax, 20, of South Portland, was summonsed at 3:33 p.m. on Cottage Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

July 3

John Kanda of South Portland, Mekonnen N. Berhe, transient, Raoul M. Tshiyuka of Portland, all 19, and Mary G. Nyembo, 20, of Portland, were arrested at 12:31 a.m. on Broadway. All four suspects were charged with robbery and aggravated assault. Additionally, Berhe was charged with trafficking in a Schedule W narcotic and violation of conditional release; Nyembo was charged with violation of conditional release.

July 5

Garland E. Tanner, 57, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Cottage Road for operating under the influence.

Duncan S. Scott, 22, of Scarborough, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. on I-295 in Portland for operating under the influence.

Two 15-year-old females, one from Phillips and one from Wilton, were summonsed at 1:33 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

Shaun Smith, 30, of South Portland, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on Harborview Avenue for violating condition of a release.

Keath H. Davis, 18, of South Portland, was summonsed at 10:03 p.m. on Wermuth Road for possession of consumer fireworks.

Heather Brassley, 20, of Biddeford, was summonsed at 8:01 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

Derald Coffin, 33, of Bath, was taken into custody on a warrant and charged with operating with a suspended license at 8:04 p.m. on Colin Kelley Road.

July 6

Richard Victor Sandoval, 18, and Maxwell Parker Harrison, 19, both of Miami, Fla., and a 17-year-old male from Louisville, Ky. were summonsed at 1 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Tonya Harbough, 29, of South Portland, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on Westbrook Street for operating with a suspended license and violating a condition of release.
