Cape Elizabeth Police

Aug. 7

Matthew B. Young, 21, of Portland, was arrested at 4:31 p.m. on Spurwink Avenue and charged as a fugitive from justice. Cape Elizabeth Police Chief Neil Williams said officers stopped Young for speeding and noticed two active warrants for his arrest alleging illegal use of credit cards in Texas, where Young moved from a few months ago. Young was taken to Cumberland County Jail, where he awaits extradition back to Texas.

South Portland Police

Aug. 3

A 17-year-old male was summonsed at 1:58 p.m. on Maine Mall Road and charged with indecent conduct. Aug. 4

Daniel Lord, 51, of Scarborough, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on Westbrook Street for leaving the scene of an accident and reckless conduct.

Aug. 5

Alison Jesse Blanksteen, 24, of New York, N.Y., was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on Cottage Road for operating under the influence.

Charles B. Hanlon, 40, of South Portland, was summonsed at 7:56 a.m. on Gorham Road for operating with a suspended registration.

Jessica N. Dudley, 27, of South Portland, was taken into custody on a warrant at 8:26 p.m. on Gorham Road. Aug. 6

Dun C. Zheng, 18, of Portland, was summonsed at 12:40 a.m. on Church Street for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Sadie E. Pacillo, 18, of Portland, and a 17-year-old female from South Portland were summonsed at 7:19 p.m. on Broadway. Both were charged with theft by unauthorized taking.

Corey W. Shepard, 21, of South Portland, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on Wermuth Road on a warrant and charged with violating conditions of release.

Aidalina Costoso, 34, of South Portland, was

summonsed at 9:54 p.m. on Waterman Drive for theft by unauthorized taking.

Kelsey E. Allen, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, and Adam G. Rudolph, 18, of Portland, were summonsed at 11:59 p.m. on Willow Street. Both were charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Aug. 7

Benjamin W. Deschamps, 19, of South Portland, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. on Highland Avenue for operating under the influence.

Nora Connolly, 42, of South Portland, was summonsed at 2:50 p.m. on Waterman Drive for theft by unauthorized taking.

Richard Fredette, 27, of Portland, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for operating with a suspended license.

Aug. 8

A 14-year-old female from Buxton was summonsed at

2:01 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

Zachary Compton, 18, of Portland, was summonsed at 7:34 p.m. on McKinley Street for operating with a suspended license.

Jill M. Harlow, 42, of South Portland, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Stanford Street for violating a condition of release.

Jerry Williams, 30, of Scarborough, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on the Veterans Memorial Bridge on a warrant and charged with violation of bail conditions.

Aug. 9

A 17-year-old female from Cumberland was summonsed at 1:25 a.m. on Highland Avenue for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Shirley A. Daras, 48, of South Portland, was summonsed at 4:30 p.m. on Broadway for operating with a suspended license.

Michael A. Waterhouse, 24, of Portland, was summonsed at 4:56 p.m. on Hannaford Street for operating with a suspended license.

Benjamin M. Peterson, 27, of Chelsea, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Main Street on a warrant and charged with possession of a Schedule W drug.

A 17-year-old male from South Portland was summonsed at 9:27 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

A 17-year-old female from South Portland was summonsed at 9:42 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for criminal trespassing.

Aug. 10

Craig Cushing, 27, of South Portland, was taken into custody on a warrant at 10:08 a.m. on Highland Avenue. He was charged with being a fugitive from justice and operating with a suspended registration.
