Joseph Paul Morrill, 23, of South Portland, was arrested at 5:18 a.m. on Oakhurst Road for refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

A 17-year-old juvenile of South Portland was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Belfield Road Extension for operating under the influence.

Sept. 7.

Christopher Caron, 30, of Biddeford, was summonsed at 10:16 a.m. on Pine Point Road for operating with a suspended registration and operating with a suspended license.
