A joy-filled hour of yoga, breathing and user-friendly dance with fabulous music. Saturday, Nov. 3

“Intuition: our sixth sense,” 10 a.m. to noon, Cancer Community Center, Main Street, South Portland. Seminar will present participants with a model of intuition they can integrate into their lives. Participants will learn to identify the difference between wishful thinking, experience and intuition; understand the relationship between intuition and their physical, mental and spiritual health; describe practical methods to enhance their intuitive process; know when they “pick up” energies from others; understand how traditional medicine and intuition work together; and take responsibility and act on intuitive insights.
