Making “moosic”

A worker from Baiely Sign of Westbrook erects a sign in front of the new Bull Moose store in South Portland. It will open its 11th retail store Saturday, Nov. 17 at 219 Waterman Drive in the Mill Creek area of South Portland. The store will occupy 11,000 square feet, making it the second-largest Bull Moose. Plans for a weekend of events are in the works, startingSaturdaywitha3p.m. performance by Pete Witham & The Cozmik Zombies and Dark Follies. Sunday, Nov. 18 will see Rob Schreiber’s Standard Issue with special guests from the South Portland High School Jazz Ensemble at 11 a.m. At 2 p.m. singer Don Campbell will perform songs from his new CD, Kites to Fly: Celebrating the Music of Dan Fogelberg, released just a few days prior on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
