A 17-year-old female from South Portland was summonsed at 2:15 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for leaving the scene of an accident.

Michael W. Verney, 31, of South Portland, was summonsed at 3:49 p.m. on Main Street for burglary of a motor vehicle.

Elton M. Elwell, 46, of South Portland, was summonsed at 4:29 p.m. on Broadway for possession of marijuana.

A 16-year-old female from Waterboro was summonsed at 5:42 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

Kara L. Boone, 35, of South Portland, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Main Street for operating under the influence.

Patrick A. Watson, 54, of Eliot, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on the Casco Bay Bridge for operating under the influence.

Nichole D. Anderson, 27, of South Portland, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Broadway for operating under the influence.

Travis C. Bettney, 24, of Portland, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Market Street for operating with a suspended license.

Daniel J. Gamash, 42, of Ocean Park, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on Park Avenue for operating with a suspended registration.

A 17-year-old male from Portland was summonsed at 4:08 a.m. on Ocean Street for operating without a license.

Richard A. Parsley, 49, of South Portland, was summonsed at 4:08 p.m. on Hill Street for operating without a license.

Emily J. Cormier, 18, of Biddeford, was summonsed at 4:51 p.m. on the Casco Bay Bridge for operating with a suspended license.

Trevor Crispo, 22, of Hope, was summonsed at 5:05 p.m. on Broadway for operating with a suspended license.

Joshua M. Howell, 21, of South Portland, was taken into custody on a warrant at 8:01 p.m. on Broadway.

Allan L. Martin, 73, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on Anthoine Street for operating under the influence.

Martha Tschudy, 25, of Gorham, was summonsed at 9:32 a.m. on Cottage Road for operating with a suspended registration.

Jeffrey Scheetz, 35, of South Portland, was summonsed at 10:22 a.m. on Broadway for operating with a suspended registration.

James Lewis, 46, of South Portland, was summonsed at 2:04 p.m. on Broadway for operating with a suspended registration.

A 14-year-old male from South Portland was summonsed at 2:35 p.m. on Evans Street for criminal mischief.

Nicholas Joseph Leeman, 24, of South Portland, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Colonial Avenue for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking.

Brendan Glavin, 19, of Brunswick, was summonsed at 5:05 p.m. on Broadway for possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Theodore Lipps, 57, of South Portland, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. on Broadway for operating with a revoked license, habitual offender.

Nov. 9

Lynel T. Moultrie, 29, of Portland, was arrested and Mark Ernest Shackelford, 35, of Portland, was taken into custody on a warrant at 1:14 a.m. on Main Street. Moultrie was charged with operating with a revoked license, habitual offender.
