William R. Gardella, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Gorham Road for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Justin W. Hale, 23, of South Portland, was summonsed at 6:23 a.m. on the Casco Bay Bridge for operating with a suspended registration.

Nov. 17

Tina Marie Fitzsimmons, 28, of Raymond, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Main Street for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Eric Hopkins, 21, of Portland, was arrested at 6:21 a.m. on Main Street for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and refusing to submit to arrest.

Nov. 18

Evan L. Brown, 24, of Biddeford, was summonsed at 3:23 a.m. on Madison Street for possession of marijuana.

Aaron T. Conley, 19, of South Portland, was arrested at 5:51 a.m. on the Maine Turnpike Spur for operating under the influence and operating without a license.

Brandon R. Aiken, 19, of Springvale, was arrested at 7:14 a.m. on School Street for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, refusing to submit to arrest, and obstructing government administration.

Steven R. Holland, 25, of South Portland, was summonsed at 7:15 a.m. on I-295 for exceeding the posted speed limit by 30 miles per hour or more.

Kyle John Stiefken, 18, of Vassalboro, was summonsed at 11:52 p.m. on Madison Street for possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 19

Shana M. Capecea, 24, of Westbrook, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Main Street for assault and refusing to submit to arrest.

Philip Candelmo, 37, of South Portland, was arrested at 1:21 p.m. on Westbrook Street for criminal trespass.

Joshua R. Adler, 33, transient, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. on Gorham Road for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, theft by unauthorized taking, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Nov. 20

John R. Gallant, 18, of Peru, was summonsed at 12:26 a.m. on Maine Mall Road for possession of marijuana.

Nov. 21

Travis T. Marcil, 30, of Biddeford, was summonsed at 7:48 a.m. on Western Avenue for operating with a suspended registration.

Coleman Walsh, 33, of Portland, was summonsed at 8:21 a.m. on Western Avenue for operating with a suspended license.

Crystol Quintana, 26, of Brunswick, was summonsed at 8:58 a.m. on Maine Mall Road for operating with a suspended license.

Charles Gardner, 31, of Yarmouth, was summonsed at 9:37 a.m. on Western Avenue for operating with a suspended registration.

Kristina Barker, 37, of South Portland, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on Waterman Drive for theft by unauthorized taking.

Zachary J. Dulac, 20, of Worcester, Mass., was summonsed at 7:35 p.m. on Broadway for possession of a fictitious or fraudulent license or I.D.

Nov. 22

Jason Harold Dodge, 28, of South Portland, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on Westbrook Street for operating under the influence, violation of conditional release, and failure to stop for a police officer.

Nov. 23

Mohamud Mohamed, 18, transient, and Steeve Alphonse, 19, of Cambridge, Mass., were arrested at 1:52 a.m. on Maine Mall Road for disorderly conduct: fighting. Mohamed was also charged with violating a condition of release.

Ian C. King, 18, and Kyle P. Gaudreau, 19, both of Westbrook, were summonsed at 2:37 a.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.
