A funky, sacred, inspirational dance of the multi-dimensional self, bringing tons of fun and healing to body, mind and spirit. No registration required; no experience necessary. Free.

Eating Support Group, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Art of Awareness, 813 Broadway, South Portland. Free and open to all persons who struggle or have struggled with eating disorders or disordered eating. FMI, email cultivatingbalanceforyou@gmail.com.

Record Store Day, performance by Spencer Albee, 4 p.m., Bull Moose, 219 Waterman Drive, South Portland; Worried Well performance will be at 6 p.m.

Get your Greens on, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Cancer Community Center, Main Street, South Portland. Tanja Kunz of Whole Foods Market in Portland will teach participants about nutrient dense food. To register, call 774-2200.

Bean supper, 5 to 6 p.m., Peoples United Methodist Church, 310 Broadway, South Portland. Menu includes baked beans, casseroles and homemade pies.

Church services, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with fellowship after, Elm Street United Methodist Church, 168 Elm St., South Portland. It also hosts Bible study.
