May 3

Tyler John Smith, 22, of Norfolk, Mass., was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on the Casco Bay Bridge for operating under the influence and violating a condition of release.

Jordan Lee Choate, 20, of Lewiston, was taken into custody on a warrant at 3:58 p.m. on Anthoine Street.

Louis John Giannola, 46, of South Portland, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on Cornell Street for operating with a suspended license and violating conditions of release.

Cynthia Rulman, 50, of South Portland, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on Philbrook Avenue for theft by unauthorized taking.

May 4

Biniam Yemane Tesgai, 26, of Portland, was summonsed at 7:41 p.m. on the Veterans Memorial Bridge for possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces.

May 5

Eric B. Kreidler, 30, of Portland, was arrested at 2:51 a.m. on Elm Street for operating with a suspended license and operating with a suspended registration.

Brian Flewelling, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 3:34 a.m. on Broadway for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and operating under the influence.

A 15-year-old male from South Portland was summonsed at 3:58 p.m. on Westbrook Street for criminal mischief.

William John Curcie, 25, of South Portland, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. on Broadway for operating under the influence.

Gary V. Moody, 48, of South Portland, was summonsed at 12:25 p.m. on E Street for criminal trespass.

Nathaniel Dow, 20, of Portland, was summonsed at 10:49 p.m. on Waterman Drive for operating with a suspended registration.

Blake Douglas McGowan, 20, of South Portland, was summonsed at 12:33 a.m. on Benjamin W. Pickett Street for operating without a license.

John Brady, 42, of South Portland, was summonsed at 2:26 a.m. on Jordan Avenue for disorderly conduct.

Bryce A. Clark, 23, of Buxton, was summonsed at 5:38 p.m. on Broadway for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Toby Clement, 45, of Portland, was arrested at 7:16 a.m. on Broadway for aggravated assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

Benjamin Cote, 32, of Portland, and Christopher Hood, 47, of Portland, were arrested at 5:43 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

Timothy Piper, 34, of Portland, was summonsed at 9:27 p.m. on Broadway for operating with a suspended registration.

Ryan M. Gallagher, 29, of Westbrook, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on the Veterans Memorial Bridge for operating under the influence.

Andrew Gerry, 22, of South Portland, was summonsed at 2:31 a.m. on Preble Street for failure to notify police of an accident.

A 17-year-old male from South Portland was summonsed at 1:07 p.m. on Highland Avenue for possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces.

Carey F. Gregor, 22, of Limington, was summonsed at 7:09 p.m. on Vincent Street for driving to endanger.

Hunter R. Adams, 18, of Windham, was summonsed at 9:45 p.m. on the Casco Bay Bridge for minor possessing liquor.

May 10

Jacob D. Rudolph, 20, of South Portland, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on North Richland Street for operating without a license.

A 16-year-old female from Scarborough was summonsed at 6:47 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

James A. Kazilionis,18,of South Portland,was summonsed at 8:18 p.m. on Washington Avenue for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of up to 1.25 ounces of marijuana and transportation of drugs by a minor.

Richard A. Mannette, 62, of Portland, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on York Street in Portland for operating after suspension, habitual offender.

p.m. on Shore Road for operating after suspension.

Daniel J. McHugh, 24, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on Broad Cove Road for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release.

May 13

David W. Riker, 22, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on Route 77 for operating under the influence and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
