A joy-filled hour of yoga, breathing and user-friendly dance with fabulous music. A funky, sacred, inspirational dance of the multidimensional self, bringing tons of fun and healing to body, mind and spirit. No registration required; no experience necessary. Free.

Eating Support Group, 4:30 p.m., Art of Awareness, 813 Broadway, South Portland. Free and open to all persons who struggle or have struggled with eating disorders or disordered eating. FMI, email cultivatingbalanceforyou@gmail.com.
