June 29

Ryan Johnson, 24, of South Portland, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Waterman Drive for operating under the influence.

Elisabeth Marie Arcia, 27, of South Portland, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. on Elm Street for operating under the influence. She was later charged, at 7:54 a.m., with endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing government administration, refusal to submit to arrest or detention and violating a condition of release.

June 30

Danson Clement of Bridgeport, Conn., was summonsed at 1:27 a.m. on I-295 for speeding, 30 miles per hour or more above the speed limit.

Saroth Heak, 26, of Portland, was arrested at 3:53 a.m.

on Lincoln Street for operating under the influence.

July 1

Anthony E. Alfiero, 28, of Portland, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Carter Street for operating with a suspended license, habitual offender.

James Fournier, 20, of South Portland, was

summonsed at 9:21 p.m. on Main Street for speeding, 30 miles per hour or more above the speed limit.

Parnath Nguot, 23, of Saco, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Westbrook Street for operating with a suspended license, habitual offender and failure to provide correct name or address.

July 2

Jami K. Dixon, 24, of South Portland, was summonsed at 2:14 a.m. on Elmwood Avenue for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Christopher Muse, 57, of South Portland, was summonsed at 6:14 p.m. on Mildred Street for cruelty to animals, allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog.

July 3

Molly Bowser, 22, of Scarborough, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on Main Street for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating a condition of release.

Matthew M. York, 28, of Portland, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on Main Street for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating a condition of release.

Brittany Whittemore, 18, of South Portland, was summonsed at 6:00 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for criminal trespassing.

July 4

Two 13-year old males from Cape Elizabeth were summonsed at 12:02 a.m. on I-295 for criminal mischief and reckless conduct.

Robert A. Davis, 30, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Broadway for operating under the influence.

Alberto A. Gonzalez, 33, of Portland, was summonsed at 2:26 a.m. on Westbrook Street for theft by unauthorized taking.

John Belliveau, 21, of Naples, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on St. John Street in Portland for operating under the influence.

James Carr, 31, of New Gloucester was taken into custody on a warrant at 2 p.m. on Fisherman’s Lane.

Theodore A. Lefay, 19, of South Portland, was summonsed at 6:20 p.m. on Westbrook Street for failure to register a vehicle.

July 5

Luis E. Calderon, 18, of South Portland, was summonsed at 12:55 a.m. on Evans Street for possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Alberto Gonzalez, 33, of Portland, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Western Avenue for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, trafficking in prison contraband and violating a condition of release.

Amy MacDonnell, 22, of Lisbon Falls, was summonsed at 4:32 p.m. on Main Street for operating without a license.

Timothy Broad, 42, of South Portland, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on Broadway for theft by unauthorized taking and violating a condition of release.

Deborah Frothingham, 32, of South Portland,

was taken into custody on a warrant at 8:13 p.m. on Massachusetts Avenue.

July 2

John J. Pettengill, 42, of Westbrook, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. on Ocean House Road for operating under the influence, one prior, operating with a suspended license, carrying a concealed weapon and violating conditions of release, five counts.

July 3

Victor Plourde, 27, of South Portland, was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on Preble Street for operating with a suspended license.
