July 25

Joseph Dicenso, 59, of South Portland, was arrested at 12:38 p.m. on Elm Street for operating under the influence and operating with a suspended license.

Michael A. Flippo, 47, of Lebanon, was summonsed at 5:26 p.m. on the Maine Turnpike Spur for failure to register a vehicle.

Andrew N. Hood, 30, of South Portland, was summonsed at 8:36 p.m. on Broadway for operating without a license.

Wayne Curlew, 22, of South Portland, was taken into custody on a warrant at 9:06 p.m. on Broadway.

July 26

Gary Moody, 48, and Harold Turner, 67, both of South Portland, were arrested at 1:11 a.m. on Ocean Street for criminal trespassing.

Matthew L. Keller, 34, of Portland, was taken into custody on a warrant at 5:08 p.m. on Westbrook Street.

Emily Amelia Knightly, 24, of Norway, was summonsed at 1:58 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Molly Bowser, 22, of Scarborough, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, engaging in prostitution and violating a condition of release.

July 27

Alan Brule, 33, of Windham, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Broadway for operating under the influence.

Erik Day, 24, of Portland, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. on Broadway for operating under the influence and violating a condition of release.

Chyann V. Constigan, 34, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on Cottage Road for operating under the influence and operating with a suspended registration.

Emily Anne Farda, 23, of Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 6:26 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

July 28

Daniel Lemieux, 24, of Arundel, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on I-295 for operating under the influence and speeding, 30 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit.

Joshua H. Brady, 21, of Portland, was summonsed at 4:41 a.m. on Western Avenue for violating traffic restrictions.

Darrick I. Wilcox, 20, of Portland, was summonsed at 4:44 a.m. on Western Avenue for minor possessing liquor.

Huayi Wang, 24, of Portland, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for aggravated assault.

Amber Hayes, 35, of Portland, was summonsed at 8:03 a.m. on Broadway for operating with a suspended registration.

Charles Rupert York, 36, of South Portland, was taken into custody on a warrant at 2:36 p.m. on Preble Street.

A 15-year-old female from South Portland was summonsed at 10:01 p.m. on Broadway for possession of tobacco products by a minor.

July 30

Nicolas Delcastillo, 22, of South Portland, was summonsed at 1:21 a.m. on Cottage Road for operating without a license.

Tuan Q. Tran, 22, of South Portland, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on Veterans Memorial Bridge for speeding, 30 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit. Osirys Mendoza, 20, of Portland, was taken into custody on a warrant at the same time and location.

Miguel Cua, 21, of Portland, was arrested at 5:21 p.m. on Waterman Drive for operating with a suspended license and violating a condition of release.

July 31

David Brown, 24, of South Portland, was summonsed at 8:52 a.m. on Broadway for operating with a suspended registration.

Dustin Lovejoy, 26, of Westbrook, was arrested at 12:32 p.m. on Broadway for operating with a suspended license, violating a condition of release and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 16-year-old female from Westbrook was summonsed at 4:57 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

David Francis, 29, of South Portland, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. on Sunset Avenue for criminal threatening and burglary.

A 17-year-old female from South Portland was summonsed at 3:37 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.
