Let Your Yoga Dance, with Arline Saturdayborn, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Cancer Community Center, Main Street, South Portland. A joy-filled hour of yoga, breathing and user-friendly dance with fabulous music. A funky, sacred, inspirational dance of the multi-dimensional self, bringing tons of fun and healing to body, mind and spirit. No registration required; no experience necessary. Free.

Free community supper, 4:30 to 6 p.m., Elm Street United Methodist Church, 168 Elm St., South Portland. Free clothes at community closet open that day from 9 a.m. to noon.

Donate to rummage sale, 10 a.m. to noon, Cancer Community Center, Main Street, South Portland. Held by The Red Hat Society that meets at the center, known as The Ruby Hattittudes. Sale will be Oct. 28 and 29, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the center.

Seafood chowder dinner, 5 to 8 p.m., Bowery Beach Schoohouse, Ocean House Road, Cape Elizbeth. Menu includes chowder, biscuits, corn bread, soft drinks and dessert. BYOB. Dine in or take out. Proceeds benefit maintenance of schoolhouse and Cape Lions charities.
