Oct. 5

Nicole E. Turner, 26, of Biddeford and Michael A. Danis, 29, of South Portland, were each arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and refusing to submit to arrest/detention at 1 a.m. on Broadway. In addition, Danis was arrested for possession of a suspended license.

Dale G. Griffith, 44, of Kennebunk, was arrested on John Roberts Road at 12:45 a.m. on the following charges: theft by unauthorized use, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating condition of release, aggravated operating after habitual offender, attempting to elude a police officer, attachment of false plates and refusing to sign a uniform complaint.

Edith Iyer-Hernandez, 21, of Cape Elizabeth, was summoned at 1:48 p.m. on Broadway for operating after registration suspended.

Kaitlin W. Reynolds, 32, of South Portland, was summonsed at 1:48 p.m. on Ocean Street for operating after registration suspended.

Andrew J. Binette, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Waterman Drive for theft by unauthorized taking and violating condition of release.

Stacy Michelle Plummer, 41, of Sebago, was summonsed at 2:16 p.m. on Maine Mall Road for theft by unauthorized taking.

Christopher J. Roman, 40, of Rockland, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Main Street for operating while license suspended and violating condition of release.

Oct. 6

Ashley Jensen, 55, of Carrabassett, was summonsed at 1:56 a.m. on Casco Bay Bridge for operating while license suspended.

Brianna St. Peter, 19, of Portland, was summonsed at 3:06 a.m. on Westbrook Street as a minor possessing liquor.

Marissa Jean Henry, 23, of South Portland, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Broadway for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and operating under the influence.

Oct. 7

Benjamin Roy, 47, of South Portland, was summonsed at 4:27 p.m. on Broadway for failure to register vehicle.

Amanda Worsley, 32, of South Portland, was summonsed at 8:32 p.m. on Broadway for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Oct. 8

Patrick J. Bourgeois, 31, of Limington, was arrested at 6:46 a.m. on Bishop Avenue for unlawful possession of hydrocodone, operating after habitual offender, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release.

Oct. 9

Lily Hayes, 22, of Scarborough, was summonsed for possession of marijuana at 7:48 p.m. on Main Street.

Jolee-Ann Mitchell, 21, of Limerick, was summonsed for operating while license suspended at 7:53 p.m. on Main Street.

Russell B. Wilson, 31, of Poland, was arrested for operating while license suspended at 9:50 p.m. on Westbrook Street.

Oct. 10

Sebit O. Garasiano, 22, of Portland, was arrested at 4:28 a.m. on Westbrook Street for operating after habitual offender, operating after registration suspended and failure to provide correct name.

Frank E. Nowicki, 66, of South Portland, was summonsed at 8:35 p.m. on Market Street for operating while license suspended.

Oct. 11

Jared Libby, 26, of South Portland, was summonsed at 12:49 a.m. on Broadway for possession of marijuana and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

Tammy Zsiga, 42, of Scarborough, was arrested at 5:41 a.m. on Broadway for possession of marijuana and operating under the influence.

Thomas Wood, 30, of Long Island, was summoned at 1:12 p.m. on Evans Street for operating after registration suspended.

Clinton Drake, 37, of Portland, was taken into custody on warrants at 2:06 p.m. on Maine Mall Road.

Gary Moody, 48, and Harold A. Turner, 67, both of South Portland, were arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Ocean Street for aggravated criminal trespass.

Arecilia Torres, 37, of South Portland, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Wermuth Road for refusing to submit to arrest and obstructing government administration.

Joseph Ghiloni, 60, of South Portland, was summonsed at 10:30 p.m. on Stanley Street for assault.
