Laughter yoga, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Cancer Community Center, Main Street, South Portland. Nina Walsh, certified Reiki master, will lead this drop in class, which is a combination of voluntary laughter that often turns to real laughter, yogic breathing and relaxation techniques. No experience necessary.
