Ghost ship



Halloween came early on Casco Bay in Portland. Members of the Southern Maine High School Sailing team, including Scarborough High School junior Nico Blanchard, donned costumes Oct. 25 during Sail Maine’s annual Ghosts and Goblins Regatta. Teams were competed for the most ghoulish, spirited and talented team. More than 100 sailors from eight teams competed in the event, which ran from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sail Maine is a community sailing center in Portland that offers sailing experiences for children, adults and people with special needs.
