Baked haddock supper, 5 to 6:15 p.m., St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Black Point Road, Scarborough. Sponsored by Knights of Columbus, formerly of St. John’s.

Laughter yoga, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Cancer Community Center, Main Street, South Portland. Nina Walsh, certified Reiki master, will lead this drop in class, which is a combination of voluntary laughter that often turns to real laughter, yogic breathing and relaxation techniques. No experience necessary.

Alzheimer’s Support Group, 7 p.m., First Congregational Church, 301 Cottage Road, South Portland. Meeting is for families and friends of those affected by Alzheimer’s or dementia and is held the second Monday of the month.

Tuesday, March 10

Grief and loss group, 5:30 to 7 p.m., Cancer Community Center, Main Street, South Portland. The eight-week group is for adults grieving the loss of a loved one from cancer or complications related to cancer treatment.
