Nina Walsh, certified Reiki master, will lead this drop in class, which is a combination of voluntary laughter that often turns to real laughter, yogic breathing and relaxation techniques. No experience necessary.

Cape Elizabeth Memorial Day parade, 9 a.m., begins at Fowler and Ocean House Roads followed by memorial ceremony in front of Pond Cove School on Scott Dyer Road. Open house following at town center. Events canceled if it is pouring rain.

Strength training with TheraBands, 9 to 10 a.m., Cancer Community Center, Main Street, South Portland. Class will use a series of videos created for the center by local doctor and cancer survivor Ben Thompson. Class is drop in; no advance registration needed.
