Junior Erica Glidden, who plays the Princess Winnifred role made famous by Carol Burnett in the award-winning musical "Once Upon A Mattress," is surrounded by some of more than 70 South Portland High School students slated to fill key roles on stage and behind the scenes in the production. Devotees of the annual South Portland High School musical should be aware the show is taking the curtain about a month earlier than usual this year. Performance dates are Jan. 27 and 28 and Feb. 3 and 4, all at 7:30 p.m., along with Sunday matinees on Jan. 29 and Feb. 5 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors, and are available now online at https://www.myticketportal.com and at the South Portland Auditorium Box Office.
