Professor to speak about race, justice

Dr. Leroy M. Rowe will speak about race and justice in America at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, at Thomas Memorial Library in Cape Elizabeth.

Rowe received his Ph.D. in history from the University of Missouri. Rowe’s research and teaching interests focus on the social and political experiences of African Americans during the late 19th and early 20th centuries with an emphasis on race, gender and sexuality.
