Wallace was hoping to introduce himself to management offering to teach art classes and hold Bible studies for future residents. Little did he know, the Vergiliis were hoping to meet a local artist they could feature at the building’s rental office at the community site. Wallace and friend Kecia Fenderson stayed for the presentation and decided to become the 25th Charter Resident securing his place in line for his apartment of choice. Wallace’s seascapes and lighthouses of Maine are now on display and for sale at the rental office of Sable Lodge.
