Welcome

More than 300 people celebrated a new school year at South Portland Church of the Nazarene’s Back to School Bash. The purpose of the event was to build community and provide school supplies to students in need. Above, a little rain didn’t dampen the spirits of kindergartener Sarah-Rose Miner. Left, Alyssa Moore thinks the back to school bash is the purrrrrfect way to celebrate a new school year. South Portland Church of the Nazarene regularly sponsors free events as a service to the community. The next event, “Trunk or Treat,” will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29. RSVP to events on the South Portland Church of the Nazarene Facebook page. Worship services are every Sunday at 10 a.m.
