St John Chirch plan 180213.png
A concept plan presented by the South Portland Housing Authority Tuesday, February 13, shows the former St. John’s Church property at 611 Main St. in South Portland, with the church and associated Sunday school building, at well as n adjoining pine grove, leveled in place of a four story building running along Main Street between Aspen and Thirlmere avenues. It would contain 42 unit of one-to-three bedrooms offered at rates deemed affordable to those earning 50-60 percent of the local median income. The building also would contain 7,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. (courtesy photo)St John Chirch plan 180213.png
